Easy Hot Wings

Postby Jessica40 » Mon Jan 02, 2006 12:01 am

1 large package chicken wings
1 bottle Old Glory Hotsauce
paprika
flour
Lawry's seasoning salt

In a plastic bag add 3-4 cups flour and 4 tbsps paprika.

Cut wings into pieces, discard the tips. Wash thoroughly. Place chicken
in flour mixture shake to coat. Heat cooking oil in frying pan until hot. Place chicken in frying pan and spinkle a little bit of seasoning salt on one side. Do not put to much as it will make the chicken to salty. Fry until golden brown on one side, turn and fry other side. Place on paper towel.

Place cooked chicken in a clean plastic bag pour in the entire bottle of hotsauce.
Shake to coat. Serve with celery sticks and Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing.

Well my mouth was starting to drool till I read Blue Cheese..... :2:
I don't believe in charity. I believe in solidarity. Charity is so vertical. It goes from the top to the bottom. Solidarity is horizontal. It respects the
other person and learns from the other. I have a lot to learn from other people.

Hi SpiritWalker I would have too - everytime I think of Blue Cheese I think of men in white suits with gas masks on who get hosed down after handling the substance :o
