This is what you should do see Notes on how I change the "Should"

You will need

pumpin seeds (pumpkin removed),

aluminum foil,
cooking oil,
salt

1. remove seeds from pumpkin pulp. Wash in luke warm water.
2. Fill a bowl with water and soak the seeds for 1 hour.
3. Spread the seeds on a piece of foil to dry. Let them dry for 1 or 2 days
4. Put the seeds in a bowl. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of cooking oil. Stir together.
5. Spread the seeds out on a cookie sheet. Lightly salt them.
6. Bake the seeds at 300° (150°) for 30 minutes (turns seeds every 5 minutes)
7. Let the seeds cool completely before you eat them.

Meddle not in the affairs of Dragons for you are crunchy and good with salsa.

Oh I forgot

If they seem oil-y let them air dry and then they will keep better.

Mine stay on the cookie sheet until they seeds are magically gone!

I don't believe in charity. I believe in solidarity. Charity is so vertical. It goes from the top to the bottom. Solidarity is horizontal. It respects the
other person and learns from the other. I have a lot to learn from other people.
